These terms describe SSL certificate inquiries, orders, validation and delivery through SSL Certificate BD.
Products and prices
Each product page states the certificate brand, validation level, listed coverage and subscription totals in BDT. A multi-year subscription may require certificate reissue and fresh validation during its term; it does not mean one certificate remains valid for the full subscription period.
Orders and payment
An inquiry does not confirm an order or collect payment. We confirm the selected product, payable total and next steps with you before processing. Online ordering from the website is not active while the order buttons are placeholders. Contact our team to discuss available payment methods.
Validation and delivery
You must control the domain and provide accurate information and any documents required by the issuing certificate authority (CA). DV certificates may be issued quickly after successful domain-control validation. OV and EV certificates also require organization checks. CA review or incomplete information can delay or prevent issuance. We deliver an issued certificate through the channel agreed with you; installation is separate unless expressly included in your order.
Your responsibilities
Keep your private key safe and install and maintain the certificate correctly. Please do not send us your private key. Issuance, reissue and revocation follow the issuing CA’s rules. Contact us if certificate details seem incorrect or you need validation help.
Refunds and rights
Please read our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any remedy or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
