This page explains how SSL Certificate BD handles information you provide when asking about or obtaining an SSL certificate.
Information we use
We may use your name, contact details, domain name, order and payment references, messages, and organization information needed for OV or EV validation. Essential technical records such as IP address, browser details and security logs may be recorded to operate and protect the site. We do not need your private key; please do not send it to us.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, process confirmed orders, complete CA validation, deliver certificates, provide support and meet legal record-keeping requirements.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you select “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand page views and basic interactions, such as scrolling and outbound link clicks. Google may receive approximate location, device and browser details, and cookie or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send inquiry text, private keys or payment card details to Analytics. Sharing and third-party services
We share information needed for the service with the issuing CA and relevant hosting, messaging or payment providers, or when required by law. If you choose to open WhatsApp, its own privacy terms govern that conversation. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and your choices
We retain information as needed for service, support, disputes, required business records and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. We use reasonable measures to protect it. Your light or dark theme and optional analytics choice are stored in your browser. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your analytics decision. Declining stops future Analytics loading and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase measurements already collected. To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of your information, email us. Some records may need to be kept for legal or transaction purposes.
