Refund Policy

No refund after issuance or activation. SSL certificates are digital products issued for a verified domain or organization. Once your certificate is issued or activated, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind, unused subscription time, a customer-caused validation delay, or an installation problem. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Before issuance
If your certificate has not been issued, contact us promptly with your order reference. We will check whether processing can be stopped and tell you if a refund is available. If we cannot supply the certificate you paid for, or you were charged twice or an incorrect amount, we will review the case and provide the applicable correction or refund.
How approved refunds work
Where a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. There is no physical product to return.
